Can I lay-by?
Yes. We offer a lay-by service to all customers for full priced, new season items only. A six week term with a minimum of 10% deposit is required.
Ownership of the goods does not pass until the final payment has been made. Final payment must be made within 6 weeks of purchase. If final payment is not made within that time, a $2 cancellation fee applies. The balance/payments will be credited to the customers account in the form of a store credit. We do not refund the amount in cash or card.
Your lay-by docket must be presented at the cashier when making payments or collecting your lay-by. Goods cannot be exchanged or part of purchase taken.
Can I put an item on hold?
Yes, but you are only able to hold full priced goods. Over the busy Spring/Summer period we can only hold items for 24 hours. From May to August we can hold items for customers for 3 to 4 days. All items must be tried on prior to holding goods.
What are your return policies?
Any return is subject to exchange or credit note only.
